1. The couch had stains on it, the carpet hasn't been cleaned in years, the toilet ran constantly, there's mold and mildew in the tub and around the tile.

4. The Bathroom is ok but they have tried unsucessfully to hide rust in tub with a mat that can<t stay glued in place so the glue is floating in your bath.
