1. The house was awesome and beautiful, but the service was terrible, we asked for a house with w/pool and jacuzzi and we didnt get the jacuzzi I called to complain and they did nothing to help accomadate us, they didnt care to help and it was like tough luck, they also charge a cleaning fee that they dont mention of more than $100.00 dollars that has to be payed at check in, I also called the front desk so that I could get a check out extention for one more hour and they told us no, I have gone to cheaper hotels and they give better service, its a shame that the houses are beautiful but I can't recommend them, cause I ran into small problems I'd hate to see someone go through a bigger problem, there are better places with nice houses to rent that are even closer to the parks, I don't recommend this place.
