The house was awesome and beautiful, but the service was terrible, we asked for a house with w/pool and jacuzzi and we didnt get the jacuzzi I called to complain and they did nothing to help accomadate us, they didnt care to help and it was like tough luck, they also charge a cleaning fee that they dont mention of more than $100.

2. I raised hell in that place after all that they put me trough they wanted to charge me $60 for a key a left inside of the house (I was locked out), that was outrageous.
