1. The staff at the Crowne Plaza were extremely friendly and willing to help answer any questions or solve any problems that came up during our stay there.

2. My only complaint, which I did not take up with the management, was a group of noisy teenage girls on an athletic team of some sort who were extremely noisy and inconsiderate of other guests at 1:00 AM.
