1. I guess you get what you pay for, this is an average hotel, not too expensive and close to LaGuardia Airport and US Open Tennis Center, I came to New York for the US Open Final and this hotel was the only one available.

3. Nice, clean rooms (good size bathroom), courteous front desk staff, my only disappointment was the restaurant was the typical overpriced, average food that seems to affect allot of hotels.
