4. A word about the hotel service: I missed the van to the airport and the person at the reception desk at that time (4:00AM) was VERY attentive in getting me to the airport in time.

9. service staff should pay attention to the guest first, instead of discussion of hotel issues and let the guest wait after a 20 hours flight to check in.

10. Have enjoyed the service, not just the front desk, but also the lady in charge of the breakfast bar (who was working so hard to make sure it was clean and that there were enough food items).
