3. We arrived very late after a series of flights starting in Seoul, Korea, including runway delays in San Francisco, dead tired and temporally oriented to somewhere around Guam.

The Air-Conditioner was very noisy - this is a nightmare if you have to sleep there for five nights; on our arrive at the hotel the room was not warm - we did wait two hours with our costs the room to warm up; every day after room servise the air-conditioner was off - we return each day to the same cold room; the hair-drier in the bathroom was not in good working order- more precisely the wall-plug; For five days - everyday the same breakfast.

5. Checked in very late at night, the front desk staff was courteous and helpful, my room was clean, got my wake up call on-time, and arrived at JFK in good time for my early morning flight.
