1. guess we didn't leave enough (?) After that - we decided against leaving our luggage in the lobby to be looked after (they don't have a room to lock it in).

2. Wireless is a lie, there is wireless on the lobby only but it does not work all the time.

4. Immediately on entering the lobby I noticed two things: the front desk it behind bullet proof glass, and there is a large sign reading "NO REFUNDS".
