The key card would deactivate every afternoon, so when we returned from our daily sightseeing we'd have to ask the

and show them my printout from travelocity to convince them that I really did have a four day reservation.

Immediately on entering the lobby I noticed two things: the
front desk
it behind bullet proof glass, and there is a large sign reading "NO REFUNDS".
