1. I asked at the front desk where another one was, and was told there wasn't another one and I would have to wait until 11am when the restaurant opened and they could give me ice (11am is check-out time, at which point I wouldn't need any ice).

2. When we finally arose to check-out, having no sleep till 3am, the manager just gave me the credit card receipt which had already been charged, and when I explained I wanted to pay cash, he abruptly replied I should have told him when I checked in.

3. When we checked inn, we also asked to pay in cash, so we could use up the cash we had left, and was told by the female assistant just pay in the morning on check-out.
