1. Here is why Goldilocks would call this hotel 'just right':*Staff was friendly and the shuttle picked us up as needed*the room was clean (sheets clean, shower/bathroom clean, towels clean, carpet clean, kitchen area clean)*carpet vacuumed and neat*kitchen area clean (fridge and sink tidy)*beds and pillows comfortable*breakfast was very simple (bagels, cream cheese, bread, coffee, juice)*AC worked well*pool area very nice (I wish we could have taken advantage of it)So for one night - who in their right mind would pay more than $80.

2. People friendly but very old, walls, bathroom, bed, etc are not acceptable for a hotel/motel/inn.

3. broken window frames, cockroaches dead in hall way, huge bug splattered on wall, cracks in walls, mold completely around tub, bottom of tub black, rust all over light fixture in bathroom, only one wash cloth and when asked for second one--they said--we don't have any more.

4. The bed, the carpet, the grounds, the pool,and the worst was the bathroom.

5. The bathrooms walls were full of cracks and patches, the televisions did not work.

6. You cannot even believe the amount of rust, stains and missing tiles, etc. in that bathroom.

7. After a lenghty discussion, I was given another one upstairs, not much better, wet slimy water was running from the capet outside continuously, the room was smelly, I could not sleep for the entire 3 nights, I scorned the sheets, the bathroom, and I just could not eat any food on the property.

8. The Airways Airport Inn is a dump - peeling paint, holes in walls, flies stuck to the ceiling, bathroom door wouldn't close, dim lights, dirty, groutless shower etc. Unless the only other hotel room in Miami is over $500, don't stay here.

9. We booked it for one night en route from Miami home to catch an early flight next morning and could not sleep for fear of something crawling over us, we were afraid to use the bathroom, it was filthy, the bath tub was black and disgusting.

10. Our room smelled bad--- the light in the bathroom never worked.
