2. - No toiletries or complimentary items you need whilst travelling (the hairdryer was awful as well) - The bathroom door had a spring to shut it - this was terrible - The business services at the hotel cost $5.00 for 15 minutes to use the net (can handle that) but it was highway robbery to print 1 page - $5.

4. My only knock is that it's a bit pricey but if you budget it into the cost of your flight you'll find that it's worth it.
