The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with general questions, the room was spacious and clean (this was really important to us), the bed was surprisingly extra confortable to sleep in, and the location was in a idyllic "town square" type setting of businesses, restaurants and upscale condos.

2. When we called the front desk about it they sent someone up about 11:30 who said it was fixed.

3. Great place to stay; service at the front desk was not that friendly though; it is far away from South Beach, so a car is highly recommended; the room was large enough to accommodate three people.
