1. The negatives were: 1) The bedding was quite rough and scratchy -- I'm not one that usually cares about thread counts, etc, but the sheets were so rough that it was uncomfortable.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with general questions, the room was spacious and clean (this was really important to us), the bed was surprisingly extra confortable to sleep in, and the location was in a idyllic "town square" type setting of businesses, restaurants and upscale condos.
