4. Very convinient location; next to alot of shopping centers, food places, and straight across the beach.

5. However, the kitchen was dirty and the implement/utensils were filty, covered with pieces of food, grease, etc. Though the cleaning service empty the garbage daily, they consistently neglected to remove empty bottles and containers eventhough this is one of their specific duties.
