2. We were rushed from our room at 8AM by a maid that said she would wait outside until we left, and on check out day she waited outside while we rushed to get our things together.

4. At check out the personal was very strict and we needed to call the company that runs the facility to obtain permission not to be extra charged for a 50 min delay.

5. Not only is the check in time too late but the check out time is at 12:00 so there should not be any excuse as to why the rooms are not ready unless they didnt have enough room cleaners.

6. The morning of our check out we got a phone call from the "housekeeper" very rudely making sure we would be out by 10 am (which is too early of a check out time) because they had to get the condo ready for the next guests.
