1. Check-in quick and easy, the clerk was friendly even though it was midnight.

2. It had all the basics-- hairdryer, ironing board and toiletries (in dispensers-- yay for their efforts to go green!) The staff were all very friendly and check-in and check-out both went quickly.

8. The hotel lobby has a very austere look to it, like it hasn't been renovated since they built the place, whenever that was (the 50's?)Check-in is at 4, and it would appear that unless you're part of a tour group or the front desk staff take a shining to you, you will wait until 4 to get a room.

10. normal check-in time is 4pm which i thought was 2 hours later than usual but they let us check in early.
