6. too far from any form of public transport and any shops front counter staff not very helpful in any way shuttle bus to airport dosent run unless you ring for it not all amenities were working (gym and spa).

8. \n\nHad been told that a shuttle would be available for a 6AM run to the airport on check out to be told the evening before that "the shuttle is not available until after 7:30 and I don't care who told you it would be" This front desk staff has been rude and totally without customer service training.

9. waited for one and a half hours for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, front desk staff rude, fictures are rusted, walls dirty, BLACK MOLD and rust throughout bathroom, light fixture on wall was rusted (have pictures to prove it).
