2) They advertised a heated pool but it was not at all heated 3) The jacuzzi was out-of-service with no estimatation of when it would be fixed 4) The

people were like zombies with no emotion or interest in my problems 5) The Exercise Room was more of a workout machine graveyard.

waited for one and a half hours for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport,

staff rude, fictures are rusted, walls dirty, BLACK MOLD and rust throughout bathroom, light fixture on wall was rusted (have pictures to prove it).

\n\nHad been told that a shuttle would be available for a 6AM run to the airport on check out to be told the evening before that "the shuttle is not available until after 7:30 and I don't care who told you it would be" This
