3. My only complaint would be about the bedding - I do not care for the type of blankets they provide (vellux) and the sheets were a little thin, but that is a personal preference.

4. I always bring a few dryer sheets (how easy that is for packing), and I also bring my own small plastic bottle of detergent, just in case.
