5. The cleaning service only comes once during the week to remove your trash bags, vacuum and wipe down and make beds (no sheet changeout), and they are very clear that they will not touch any surfaces or furniture that has any personal gear on it, so you have to clean up before they'll clean.

10. Sal, the guest services hostess, did a wonderful presentation on where to go, what to see, where to eat and 'how to gamble the slots' while in Vegas so that we could make the best use of our time.
