1. When you check in there is a $50 deposit required via credit card (I think this is standard), and parking is free for the duration of your stay, which is a nice touch.

3. Besides that it is a good place to stay, close to the Freemont experience, starbucks is a block away, etc. The parking lot is a bit old, but it works, make sure to get validation.
