1. Villas have one small pool and hot tub, 3 nice gas grills and plenty of space to eat, lounge, etc. Adjacent to the property is a hotel with a reasonable restaurant and you are allowed to use their pool and hot tub.

4. There pool is small, we didn't mind as guests we have full access to the neighbouring resort KBR which had 4 pools, 2 hot tubs and a waterslide.
