1. There was no soap, worn/torn towels, one washcloth for a stay of 5 nights.

2. I think when you are staying for more than a few days, the housekeeping tends to do a brief cleaning while you stay (make the beds, fresh towels, etc) then clean more thoroughly when you leave.

6. There was never a smile on their faces and they made a little girl wait 15 minutes just to get some beach towels (they call them beach towels, but they were actually just regular bath towels that were purple in color rather than white that you get in your rooms) from the front desk.
