3. There was never a smile on their faces and they made a little girl wait 15 minutes just to get some beach towels (they call them beach towels, but they were actually just regular bath towels that were purple in color rather than white that you get in your rooms) from the front desk.

4. We found the best prices for souvenirs were at grocery stores (Macadamia nuts, coffee, bath/body products) and roadside craft fairs (sarongs, sundresses, jewelry).
