3. We had a full kitchen with a stove, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher, a full bath with a spa-style tub and a separate but connected shower stall, and a washer/dryer combo.

4. Our unit was on the 2nd level in phase 3 overlooking the golf course w/decent views, the pool/spa were small and TVs in the unit can use some updating and cable.
