3. The Ka Eo Kai villas were very large with a huge deck, everything inside was fine except no AC, it did not cool off enough to sleep untill almost morning each night we where there.

There was no AC, which was a concern for me because I can sweat while eating ice cream, but every single window (the entire deck-side wall of the condo was floor-to-ceiling windows with drapes for privacy), had split louvres and there were ceiling fans and a 3 speed pedestal fan which were more than adequate.

7. Ours was a 1st floor unit, which doesn't have cathedral ceilings, and has a patio, the same size as the wrap around deck.

8. It had a separate little room for the stool, a large vanity area, large tub and sliding patio door to another deck/patio which housed the washer/dryer in one closet, and the water heater in another.
