5. Staying in New Jersey and using cabs to get to NYC is difficult, but the shuttle from the hotel to the city was a life saver.

7. When I went to leave on a Saturday, I found out, no thanks to the hotel that they had cancelled the shuttle bus that I had signed up for to take me to the airport.

9. The hotel is 5 miles to Times Square and 1/4 the price vs staying in the heart of the city, making it a good value.

10. My only complaint is, I can't believe that the water was shut off to the hotel on a scheduled water main repair and the hotel didn't inform us prior so that we could plan accordingly.
