1. When I went to leave on a Saturday, I found out, no thanks to the hotel that they had cancelled the shuttle bus that I had signed up for to take me to the airport.

4. Do yourself a favor, walk 5 minutes uphill, and catch the regular bus on Kennedy Blvd to Port Authority Terminal for two bucks.

Cash was required in spite of the usual CC stickers on the door, other customers were interrogated for their room number (still haven't figured out for what purpose), while we were ripped off for luggage (this part of the fare was not disclosed in advance, even when we asked if luggage is accepted on the bus).
