We had a great stay with a room overlooking the river, very comfortable, exceptionally clean and well appointed - very friendly staff and a great breakfast -- hot and cold with plenty of choiceLastly - the location is fantastic - three excellent restaurants within yards of the hotel - especially Joes and then the shops, bars etc are only a VERY short walk away - once we parked, the car it was forgotten - everything is within walking distance.

10. THe pool is tiny and on the second floor, so this is more of a quaint in if you want to walk around the downtown area and drive to the beach.
