7. Our room overlooked the street w/ a lively bar (the Saloon) around the corner and a restaurant right across the street but we never heard a sound.

8. Parking is a bit tight and we ended up parking on the street the entire stay but the city does not enforce parking restrictions on the weekend so no worries there.
