The hotel ended up chargin us twice for the stay, due to the incompentence of the staff who kept wanting a confirmation which i kept showing from my phone would refuse to

the money back to our account after finally expedia stepped in and forwarded the SAME email i was showing the IDIOTS at the hotel they

ed our money and in the meantime we missed out flight back home.
