1. This hotel is fantastic, it's beautiful, elegant, comfortable, etc. Concierge service is the best I have seen anywhere (and I've stayed at a lot of hotels).

5. The hotel had a decent gift shop for snacks etc. It was located near downtown Puerto Vallarta, we walked to downtown and it took us about 20 minutes.

8. However, I do feel that I was misleaded into thinking that internet usage would be free of charge (had I known I would likely have booked another hotel) and that if i used a calling card to make long distance calls there would be no charge.
