4. The reception staff was totally helpful, the room was well appointed and comfortable, and the shuttle service prompt and unusually efficient; e.g. the driver was able to ascertain my departure gate (which had not been determined the night before) from the flight number.

9. Good customer service is definitely not a priority at this hotel, and unfortunately these desk clerks give Houston a bad name.

10. Service was very good, the room was spacious and very clean, bathroom toiletries were replaced daily and the breakfast was much better than the standard continental fare of a cold muffin and coffee.
