10. FRONT DESK STAFF,WHEN WE CHECKED IN AND WHEN WE CHECKED OUT DID NOT WANT TO BE BOTHERED SHE WAS ON THE PHONE WITH A PERSONEL CALL WHILE WE CHECKED IN NEVER SMILED NEVER EVEN LOOKED UP FROM THE DESK SAID THANK-YOU , HAVE A NICE DAY ETC..
