1. It is within walking distance to the queens marketplace and kings shops, which have a variety of shops, restaurants, and the kings place even has a grocery store that has relatively decent prices (safeway is about 20 minutes south of the villas, past the airport).

2. Shop at the nearest down for groceries, since the shop at Queens Shopping Center, is very expensive, or Stop at Costco, south of the airport before going to the condo.
