1. The hotel's general manager, Mo Milani takes great pride in all aspects of the hotel and his 'hands on' management style is reflected even down to the back of the house employees, making the hotel operate as a well oiled machine.

2. We dealt interacted with a woman who was a floor supervisor that was very accommodating, while the manager in the evening suggested we use a comment card when we complained about the room being loud since it was next to the elevator.

6. I can honestly say that there aren't many hotels where you see the General Manager, Resident Manager and/or Food and Beverage Director continuously walking around the hotel throughout the day.
