1. When the bathroom was not equip to accomodate my 80 year old mother, he found us another room with that was awesome, provided us with a chair for the walk in shower and refrigerator for her medicines.

The bathroom (to me the most important part) was small, with a plain shower/tub and bad lighting, the tv looked nice but has a kind of fuzzy picture and it didn't swivel so we could only watch it from the bed, there weren't really many amenities (only gave us one robe), the bed was just okay in the comfort department, and I really expected a whole lot more.
