2. The movie ordering channel did not work I waited on hold with the help line like 15 min still could not order movie because the box was not working there were people running back and forth from room to room slamming doors all night the toilet looked black at the bottom due to over scrubbing and just did not look clean.

5. Even though our room was non-smoking it smelled like it had once been a smoking room.
