3. Our room looked really nice, with clean carpet, brand new drapes, attractive double-paned windows, a nice synthetic down comforter, new bedspread, nice cushy pillows - 4 on each bed.

4. The carpet in the unit had NOT been vaccuumed before our arrival, but worse yet the bathroom had not been cleaned.

8. The movie ordering channel did not work I waited on hold with the help line like 15 min still could not order movie because the box was not working there were people running back and forth from room to room slamming doors all night the toilet looked black at the bottom due to over scrubbing and just did not look clean.
