2. no alarm clock, no coffee maker in the room, no fitness room, the free breakfast is limited to what time you get there, all three days I stayed the cofee urns in the lobby were empty, wound up walking across the street to get a coffee.

3. The first day we were there the room was clean and orderly, after that the maids did not clean well nor did they replenish the coffee, shampoo etc.
