4. There were many repairs needed, no trim or baseboard just torn sheetrock, the cross bar in the closet was broken so we had to hang our clothes in the bathroom on a towel rack, it is not cleaned well but the front desk staff was very nice.

10. The first day we were there the room was clean and orderly, after that the maids did not clean well nor did they replenish the coffee, shampoo etc.
