1. Hotel Manager did credit us $20.00 & sent a complimentary 'amenity tray' to the room which had a nice selection of fruits & 2 bottles of Organic Tea on ice along with a very nice apology card.

2. I also gave them a bad review on their survey they send out via e-mail and promptly got a call back from the Room manager, but I missed the call.
