1. Service was bad, long lines at check in and check out, many hidden charges, extra for parking, extra resort fee, valet parking 30 dollars and close to hotel, self parking $15 and a long way from hotel, i am warning my friends to go elsewhere.

2. The hotel did try to charge me for both valet and regular parking so be sure and check your bill.

3. I think they should not charge for parking your car, the hotel has more than enough space and they are already charging a $ 15 dollar fee for other things like Internet, the newspaper, etc.

4. Downsides: the pool deck was crowded (may be time to expand) and there was a fee added to the bill that included fitness area, newspapers, bottled water that you get charged whether you use these or not.

5. The only thing I did not like was having to pay for parking each night, and there is a mandatory charge each day for a fittness room that I did not even use.
