2. Had a lovely three-generation stay, truly excellent food, nice pool, considerable help from desk with directions,extra linens, immediate maintenance for a single problem etc. Only downer was that the guest next door on our "Quiet Floor" had truly annoying music playing until 2 AM.

5. This was the first time at the Crown Plaza hotel, the people were very nice,the food was grate and the room outstanding.
