Cons: $10 + for breakfast buffet (no freebies here), they charged $50 to my CC without informing me for incidentals (of which I had none), they were supposed to charge my breakfast against the incidentals CC hold and did not so I paid twice and had to wait several days for them to refund the difference, I had to ask for fresh bath towels 4 times with people in the shower waiting and finally had to find housekeeping myself to get them (poor response time on services), the sauna did not work.
