1. Had to leave drivers license at front desk when we ask if we could use a cart to carry our bags from front door, through lobby, up elevator, to our room.

3. The room was much smaller than the one we had last time I checked my bags in when the room wasn't ready on our arrival, but they wouldn't take them to our room (even with a tip), and didn't call us when the room was ready-they said they would.
