1. ) When we arrived at 10 pm, the young man at the counter tried to say that the only room available was with one king sized bed.

5. I understand that price-line is unable to guarantee doubles, that it is up to the customer to check with the hotel upon arriving in town and checking in to assure himself (themselves) a particular type of room.
