1. while service and staff were friendly and effiecent ,hotel did not fulfill booking requirements thru travel website booking ; charged extra for breakfast buffet (covered on executive floor),charged for wi-fi connection and extra charge for pet and advertised activities not available at time of visit.

2. The shuttle service took us to the store since we didn't have a way and didn't charge us anything at all to accomdate us.
