2. To compensate us for missing out on the free food and drinks usually available in the Executive Lounge, they provided us with coupons for a free breakfast buffet ($24 value per coupon) for me and my roommate for each day of my stay.

3. while service and staff were friendly and effiecent ,hotel did not fulfill booking requirements thru travel website booking ; charged extra for breakfast buffet (covered on executive floor),charged for wi-fi connection and extra charge for pet and advertised activities not available at time of visit.
